Sarah Binks is an Australian-Canadian Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping children, youth, adults, and families, and 5+ years dedicated to clinical supervision and therapist training and support. As a recovering perfectionist herself, Sarah deeply understands the inner struggles clinicians face worry, overwhelm, burnout, and imposter syndrome. She specialises in supporting Social Workers and Psychotherapists to thrive professionally while protecting their personal well-being. Her supervision style is eclectic, warm, and values-focused.
Sarah is a RSW with OCSWSSW and ACSW and meets CRPO, CNO, and CCPA eligibility criteria for Clinical Supervision.

Her approach creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clinicians can explore concerns, strengthen their skills, and attend to their own well-being. Fiona believes high-quality supervision is essential for navigating the challenges and rewards of this field. She meets CRPO supervision requirements and can provide attestation forms as needed.

She provides compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed supervision to clinicians and students grounded in evidence-based and anti-oppressive frameworks.
Her supervision philosophy centres on reflective practice, ethical accountability, and professional growth. Ilda helps both emerging and experienced therapists build clinical confidence, deepen their therapeutic presence, and integrate modalities within culturally relevant care. She brings specialiZed background in trauma recovery, intimate partner violence, brain injury, cross-cultural mental health, MVA assessments, IFHP refugee mental health, and NIHB making her a strong fit for clinicians working in complex or underserved communities.
