Banksia Consulting & Supervision offers virtual group clinical supervision for social workers, psychotherapists, and Registered Psychotherapists across Ontario. Whether you need to complete hours quickly or build an ongoing supervision practice, there's a group format built for how you work.
GROUP FORMATS
Flexible Supervision Formats to Fit Your Schedule
Half-Day Group Supervision (4 Hours)
Complete a significant portion of your supervision hours in a single, focused session. Our half-day group intensives combine case consultation, ethics discussion, and peer connection in a small-group setting, a good fit for clinicians who prefer to complete hours in fewer sittings.
Open and Closed Group Supervision (2-3 Hours)
Join an ongoing virtual group that meets two to three-hour sessions. These open groups build consistency into your practice, with the same small cohort returning session after session to build trust and go deeper on the work.
RATES
Session Options & Rates
2-Hour Session (Max 8 People) — $80 per Person
Our standard open group format, a two-hour session with room for up to eight clinicians to bring cases and questions.
3-Hour Session (Max 8 People) — $120 per Person
A longer open group session for when you want more time to work through cases as a group.
2-Hour Closed Group with Maheen (Max 8 People) — $80 per Person
A biweekly closed group, starting October 13, capped at eight clinicians so the same group meets together each session.
Half-day 4-Hour Session (Max 8 People) — $160 per Person
4-hour groups are currently scheduled once a month, either on a public holiday Monday (the next one is Thanksgiving Monday) or the first Monday of the month in November and December.
PAPERWORK, HANDLED
Seamless Regulatory Tracking & Attestation
We keep the paperwork simple so you can stay focused on your practice. We provide completed CRPO Attestation Forms and OCSWSSW/CCPA sign-offs immediately following your sessions, so your hours are documented and ready whenever your registration body asks for them.
TRUST & STANDARDS
Credentials & Registration
All supervisors are Registered Social Workers (RSW) with OCSWSSW, and meet CRPO and CCPA supervisor requirements. Supervision attestation forms are available upon request. Ilda is additionally registered in Nova Scotia (NS) and Alberta (AB). Both Ilda and Sarah can support social workers in QC, NT, and YT.
