Clinical Supervision for Social Workers, Psychotherapists and Counsellors
Did you know Clinical Supervision decreases the risk of burnout, moral injury, compassion fatigue and impostor-syndrome? We specialise in empowering Social Workers, Psychotherapists (Registered and Qualifying), and Counsellors to thrive and feel confident in their work so they can reach their full potential. Our goal is to empower clinicians to feel supported and inspired in the work they do, while balancing their personal well-being.
We integrate my professional and personal experience, with my current research, to provide clinical supervision to help Social workers, Psychotherapists and Counsellors to be confident, self-assured and to effectively manage practice or ethical challenges, while protecting themselves against burn out and compassion fatigue.
Both Fiona and Sarah are a Registered Social Workers (RSW) with OCSWSSW and meet the CRPO & CCPA supervisor requirements, and can provide an supervision attestation forms upon request.
Individual Supervision
Our holistic approach to supervision integrates reflection, support, education and growth. In individual sessions, we engage in case consultations, ethical discussions, professional development, psycho-education, private practice, workplace stressors, or clinician well-being. Our goal is to create a safe space where you can be vulnerable to talk about your concerns, feelings or worries related to your professional practice in a judgement-free environment.

Group Supervision

In group supervision, supervisees will bring a client case, question, topic or challenge related to any area of practice, such as client consultation, registration, private practice, workplace stressors, modalities/frameworks, and ethical dilemmas.
I describe my group supervision approach as a "big warm hug" where you can be vulnerable while feeling supported in discussing any practice challenges or concerns. Connecting and learning from others in the group is my favourite aspect of group supervision.

Structure of Groups:
- Check in & participants add an agenda item
- Each participant will have the opportunity to present or ask a question, and then we will discuss as a group for approximately 10 minutes each topic.
- If you do not have an agenda item, that's ok you can still participate in the discussion.
